“ Chris Ritchie to Orr Hyundai 5 mins · Just wanted to give a big Thank You, to Tim Mcmullan for going out of his way to help my mother on 3/20/17. She called me, and said her 09 Sonata would not start. I was at work and could not leave at that moment. I called Tim, and without any hesitation, he went to her job, and tried to get her car started. Unfortunately, it was not the battery, but the starter was bad. We had her car towed to Orr Hyundai for repairs. I also want to give a big Thank You to JJ and Lisa in the service department. Both of them were very helpful in taking care of my mothers car. Lisa took care of locating my mothers warranty information and giving me the number to Red River Wrecker service to have the car towed, and JJ was able to get my mothers car in the shop first thing the next morning, get the repairs made, and have the car done before 12:00pm. Just want to says THANKS again to y'all, and the great customer service. ”
